1. Place an order - Simple, just enter our QUICK QUOTE submit the Form to us. Otherwise, you can contact our sales department by e-mail at   This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it   with your idea. At this point you need to provide us with the product type you are interested in. If you have any artwork send it via-email. We will then contact you to gather some more detailed information and provide you with a price quote.

2. Order acknowledgement - All order are acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt. Please review our acknowledgement at once. Any discrepancies should be resolved immediately in writing, otherwise the order will be processed and invoiced exactly as acknowledged.

3. Payment term - We accept Telex Transfer payment to our bank account or company cheque, bank draft and credit card for Visa or Master card only. Credit card settlement each time amount must be under us$400 per payment. The information given to us on the credit  card form except your signature should be clear and legible by type writing.  You can also pay through "Western Union" (transfer money on line).
For large orders, we accept irrevocable at sight L/C or 30% down payment by T/T remittance and 70% paid before our shipment.  

4. Local charge - Prices are based on EX-WORK H.K. warehouse, not including local charge happened in H.K. neither postage. If shipment by couriers, such as DHL, FEDEX, EMS, EX-WORK H.K. = FOB H.K.
Shipment by sea freight or air cargo, H.K. local fee shall be quoted case by case.
5. Minimum order quantity - Metal products are 300-1000pcs per design, which depend on material. For embroidery products minimum is 100pcs per design. For lanyard products minimum is 500pcs per design. 6. Measurement and size calculation - We always measure the size by width & height, not by diagonal.  Embroidery patches are measure by length plus width divided by 2. (CM + CM) divided 2 divided 2.54 = inch.

7. Die fee or mold charge - Most of our metal products are die struck. We create a mold which is used to manufacture your product. The die fee is the cost you pay for this mold. The mold is essentially yours. You will be the only person that can have products manufactured with this die. If you need more products in the future, there is no die charge unless you make changes to the original. All the molds, films and tooling kept for 3 years since the last date of shipment. If you order products after the 3 years from the date manufacturing you will need to pay for a new mold.

8. Optimal artwork - Artworks can be sent by email to  This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it   with the purchase order number in the subject line. For the fast service, we prefer artwork in any one of the following form:
Adobe Illustrator: 11.0 (CS)
Adobe Photoshop: 6.0
Acrobat Reader: 7.0
PDF: Adobe Acrobat

For printing logo products, we need "AI" or "CDR" format for better clear image.  Your logo need to add "protective outline", then even we did not have the same style of letters.  When we open the file & print out artwork the letter font will not  changed.  

The logo in the client original artwork must  be a complete logo, we need at least a complete logo in the AI file.  For example, "I like you", if you submit to us the logo as "ke you I li".  Then we are not able to use this "AI" file.

The artwork format in "JPG" directly changed into "AI", it is not workable for printing logo! 
Because we need "AI" or "CDR" format directly process of film.  If your format is not "AI", then we need to base on client original's artwork to change it & re-converse into "AI" file.  There will be some color or resolution is missing or loss or logo is unclear.  So, the color is not exactly the same as our pre-production sketch.(our sketch is jpg)  So, client should find a professional computer designer to make us an original artwork in "AI" file.  We did not have professional computer designer to making "AI" file for client.

The artwork for printed pins is optimal resolution is 300dpi.  If it is 72dpi, the photo size is recommended 3 to 4 times larger than the final printout. Please do not send the following types of files: JPEG image, as these are compressed image files and will give blurry images when output to process printing (tend to be low resolution). We will not alter a customer's camera ready artwork unless requested and acknowledged in writing. An original hard copy art should be clean of any smudges or wrinkles. Note: a scanned image can only look as good as the art provided. Small text and detail will look blurred.

9. Artwork confirmation - We can provide free pre-production color sketch for client approval before sampling or mass production, if client request for it. Upon completion of a proof, the graphics department will e-mail it in a digital format to each customer for review (Keep in mind that printing processes use CMYK and monitors display colors in RGB). Faxed or hard copy paper proofs can also be sent to clients as an alternative.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to verify all CMYK values contained in original artwork prior to submission. We are not responsible for either output that does not match the client's desired or the artwork contain incorrect CMYK percentages.
  • The customer is responsible for approving this proof and a confirmation is needed in order to proceed with production.
  • Please review and carefully check the pre-production sketch, we are not responsible for errors or omissions on proof signed off by customer.

10. Sample of my product - Yes, we can provide you with a sample prior to manufacturing your complete order. Free sample cost for 6pcs per each customer design for most of metal products. You will also be charged for the die fee and/or printing plate cost at this time. Sampling will add approximately one week to the manufacturing process. For printing metal products, embroidery and lanyard products, we will charge sample cost.

11. Packaging - Each piece is usually packed into a poly bag for metal products. Our factory have the right to choose others appropriate packaging methods and material to protect the goods. Embroidery patches are bulk packed with 250pcs in a poly bag . Lanyards are usually bulk packed with 10pcs in poly bag.

12. Delivery date & manufacturing take - The manufacturing process is different for each product type. Delivery date for stamping product is usually from initial communication to delivery takes 2-3 weeks. Sometimes if the artwork needs to be modified several times it may take longer. Die strucked metal product delivery date is 7 days for flat mould, if 3D cubic mould need 14 days for approval sample. Delivery date for mass production within 14-21 days for firm orders after received your payment. For stamping products 20% surcharge for rush order within 7-8 days excluding sample order & 10% surcharge for delivery date within 10 days; with our confirmation & agreement from the date we receive your order till the date of shipment.

For pewter & zinc alloy material, sample 14-25 days after your sketch confirmation & mass production need 21-35 days after your payment & detail confirmation.
